Spa Design

Working closely with client representatives, interior designers and project managers, our spa and wellness team will review all aspects to make sure your treatment area is optimised to its full potential. Whether the space is a holistic one or whether the focus is more sports and training orientated, considering the floor plan, lighting, and storage is essential for creating an efficient spa.

There are many factors that need to be considered when planning a spa and wellness area, and many of those come before even the first piece of steel is cut or the foundations are laid. These range from power and drainage requirements through to reinforced floors and walls, and planning ahead for custom joinery. Our advice and assistance is available throughout the entire build process. The most successful projects are a result of continued communication between ourselves, our clients’ personal spa and beauty technicians, and the yacht’s interior design team.

Once a final equipment list is approved and an order is placed, we will plan the fulfilment with you and agree on an installation date. Our close working relationships with suppliers mean that we are often able to shorten lead times and avoid the usual pitfalls of sourcing multiple items from a broad range of sources. As a single source provider for everything in the spa, you just need to liaise with us, and we will do the rest.

Our range of spa and wellness equipment includes some of the most prestigious spa brands in the industry such as Nilo, Lemi and Gharieni. We are constantly expanding our network to stay abreast with an ever evolving industry, allowing us to procure the latest high-grade spa equipment and beauty products.

When we create a spa for our clients, we assess the whole market to define the products that best meet their individual needs. Working with manufacturing partners in the UK and Europe, we can even commission custom storage solutions to fit the space, or bespoke finishes for large spa furniture.

An integral part of a fully functioning spa is choosing the most suitable product ranges and designing a treatment menu that allows your therapist to create memorable experiences within the space you have available. Based on the client’s preferences and how the space will be used, we can provide additional recommendations as to quantities to order of consumable items, taking into consideration seasonal use and available storage. Getting your desired product range to a small island in the Caribbean can be challenging – we preempt this with forward planning, making sure that your spa team is well provisioned ahead of trips.

Spa personnel often aren’t hired until very late in the process, which means treatment spaces and protocols can be neglected. Engaging with our highly qualified spa design team to recommend and design menus with treatment protocols suitable for the available space, will mean that a spa therapist can be hired at any stage and walk straight into a fully functioning spa.
